30 days of yoga
I filmed yoga classes for the first 30 days we were on quarantine for COVID-19. I naively thought that perhaps things would be “normal” again after one month. I was wrong, but these classes capture a journey through this time. They are playful, honest, and show a variety of teaching styles that I employ. Here are the first five days to get you started.
